My mom recently had a great experience with Affordable Plumbing. The technicians—John Salazar, Daniel Meier, Josh Dycus, and Ethan Freiner—were professional, efficient, and very courteous throughout the entire process. John Salazar was in charge of the job and made sure everything was handled smoothly.
They jet cleaned her drain pipe and had everything up and running again in no time. The team explained what they were doing, worked quickly, and left the area clean when they finished. Their customer service was excellent, and it was clear they cared about doing the job right.
I would highly recommend Affordable Plumbing to anyone needing reliable and professional plumbing service.

I liked my plumber and thought he did a good job. There were two big things I didn’t like:
1) there is a $90 fee if the plumber comes out and you don’t have them do the work on the spot. This fee can be waived if they can do the work.
The plumber was behind schedule and didn’t have the materials. I would have been willing to have the work done that day but still had to eat an extra $90 on top of the bill for the work. That’s a scam if you ask me but whatever.
2) the office workers here suck. Both times I had a plumber scheduled to come out I had been given a 2 hour time window. Both times I had to call in because the time window had passed but the plumber hadn’t made it. The first time around the office person said they’d call me back and never did. When it happened on the second visit, the office worker sighed at me even though I didn’t express any frustration. I just wanted to know if they needed to reschedule or if I should wait around a bit longer. It was reasonable to call in and check.
Whoever is in charge of the phones here needs a stern talking to or a brand new job somewhere else. If I engaged with clients at my job in this way I would be out of a job.

These guys are great! I originally went with Affordable Plumbing because it was the best quote that we had on our sewer line repair (by a couple thousand), but Rick took the time out of his day to help me with multiple other issues around my old house as well. He fixed a sink, helped me get the hot water on, fixed a leaky pipe. He even came over on the weekend to make sure the job got done. 10/10 - I really appreciated doing business with them.

My main drain had crushed some time back but it became completely unusable recently. I chose to invest in a portable backhoe and do the work myself but had hired Affordable to camera scope initially to find the libation of the failure in my front yard(which was spot on) than once I had dug up the bad line and cleared both ends I had Affordable come back out to camera scope again, to see if I could button up what I’d already done or if it made sense to go ahead and dig up the rest of the line. It’s 8’ deep, I’m not a professional so it takes me longer than a skilled crew,, but would do it if I needed to. After the scope the tech recommended that I have a hydro-jet cleaning done and I was fully onboard for that because the camera found quite a lot of debris as well as roots in the line. The tech even found a piece of tile from when the gutter tie in failed and he probably spent twenty minutes with his camera and hook finally pulling this lodged piece of clay tile out of the line, and had he not done that my line would e worked but it would’ve performed poorly and eventually fail again. I know that’s his job and he should just do it because it’s right,but not often do people go that extra step anymore and I think that because Affordable chooses the right people. For reference it’s the piece of black tile next to the XL glove. But after the hydro-jetting the line is completely clear. I may have to deal with it some time down the road but I believe it will be a longer a while because I removed the common failure points and the repair was solid. Affordable even found a break in the easements portion of the line and gave me the info I needed to have the city replace that portion with no cost to me. Which will then leave only about 30’ of main drain left,and since it currently has a good bill of health, I think I’m done playing in the mud with life sized Tonka toys (actual fun-with a healthy hint of fear/respect). I recommend everyone throw caution to the wind and tackle a project well beyond your scope with heavy machinery for which you’ve never operated. However if that’s out of your wheelhouse I really do recommend Affordable.

Affordable Plumbing did some good work at a reasonable price for us. Scheduling was easy and they were willing to be flexible in finding a time that worked for us. Josh and Steven were quick and professional, and left the property in good condition.
