I recently had my sewer line replaced by ACV, and I could not be happier with the experience. When I first sent them a message, I explained that my older house would require them to work in a very tight three-foot crawl space. They came by for an inspection and quote, sending both documents to me that same day. Both workers who came were fantastic. They took the time to answer all of my questions, explained the entire process, and walked me through exactly what the repair would involve.
They completed the job in just a few hours and made sure to clean everything up afterwards. One thing that really stood out to me was that they went above and beyond to make sure the 25+ year old hedge in front of my house did not have to be removed, even though it made the work more complicated. My family and I truly appreciate the extra effort they made to protect it.
Communication throughout the whole process was outstanding, both from their admin team and the crew on site. Everyone was friendly and professional and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. They made what was a very stressful repair feel manageable and straightforward. I would absolutely recommend ACV.

What can I say about this company. So many different words and thoughts come to mind. First of all, I never really like contractors coming into my house, being a female and alone having to deal with people, met my fair share of creepers lol. But Richard and celso were very professional, respectfully and helped me understand the process and explained everything to me where I can understand what was going to happen and how long it was going to take. I am a planner and need to know what’s happening and when it will be done. Their crew did a great job, was respectfully of everything and my dad who loves to take pictures of everything and what was happening. They even received packages for me and placed them near my door when I mentioned it to them. The owner came back for some questions that I had and even did a small repair just to make us happy and also to go out of his way when he didn’t have to do what he did on his cost, let alone on his own time and being the owner doing the job, was beyond me and was very appreciated of what he did (Celso). Much respect to these two guys and their crew. They will be listed on my preferred contractors list for my company and will call them back if i ever need them for anything else. Thank you again for all your help and making this feel less stressful.

I had a great positive experience working with Paul and his team. I’m out of province so every communication was done over the phone. They were communicative, and on top of everything leading up to the construction. Not only that, when they realized the issue at hand wasn’t as complex as they originally predicted they gave me a huge discount at the end. They were so honest with their work and I would recommend them to anyone dealing with sewer issue. I would also definately call them again for any work in the future
