I called Action Drain and Plumbing after my usual plumber couldn’t get to me for days. I had a leaking bath faucet that would have costs me a lot of money in water bills. I remembered the great service I received before from Action and immediately called them. CJ was at my home before noon and solved my leaking faucet issue. It was kind of him to explain the issue and resolve it very quickly. I will definitely call them 1st next time!

Without naming the other company: we got a $30,000 quote with options down to $20,000 to fix our orangeberg pipe. Had a feeling that was too much, called action, they inspected it and gave us quote for a service doing even more work than the $30,000 quote for just over $10,000. They also got it done 1 month sooner than the other company. Also, the other company used scare tactics trying to get us to sign immediately after the inspection. Justin said “call and let us know” and I signed immediately. No scare tactics, no pressure. The crew was awesome too.

Action Drain gave us a good price and did a great job replacing plumbing and fixing drains. CJ, Justin, and Adam are awesome at customer service and know their stuff. We will call them every time we need help with plumbing.

Amazing and responsive plumbing service. We had a blockage in the main house drain and called for after hours service. Chris N. arrived at our house quickly and was very professional, personable, and knowledgeable. He was able to resolve the issue quickly. I highly recommend Action Drain & Plumbing.
