Each phase from hydrostatic test, isolation test, tunneling , and pipe replacement was explain patiently and transparently. They left no mess behind as if they were never there! The owner Josh is the most authentic and easy going guy you’ll ever meet, he stands by his word of helping families protect their investment! With my husband away on business throughout the whole experience.we teuly felt that we were in good hands! And let me not forget to say that the customer service is amazing! Monica did a great job assisting me and liaising with the billing department in regards to the financing which is a very doable $114 per month!!!! I had an amazing experience with Josh Veach. He is extremely knowledgeable and clearly knows his trade inside and out. What really stood out to me was his honesty and humility. Josh took the time to explain the diagnostic test in layman's terms and did not try to upsell or suggest unnecessary work. We were having problems with the old cast iron under slab sewer line frequently backing up. Repair and re-route of sewer line required tunneling under two bathrooms and routing sewer lines outside of the house. Accurate Leak and Line did a great job with the new sewer line installation and the excavation crew did a pretty good job of backfilling and putting the landscaping back together.
Accurate wasn’t the cheapest but you sure don’t want fly-by-nighters doing this kind of work.
