Instead of draining all pipes, they put anti freeze in lines. We have a pink stain in our grout in a tiled shower. Have been using the water for two days and still seeing pink in toliets. Even after cleaning. Don't dare to drink the water. Not happy.

We own a summer house but live out of state. Every year, it seems, we have to call ABM to come at short notice while we are there for a weekend getting the house ready. They are always prompt. Then while the house is being rented, they respond quickly as well. Last year the tenants noticed a sewage leak, and ABM came on a weekend to look at it. This year it was a weekend again when the tenants reported a leaking water heater and they came right away. Both times they fixed the problem on Monday. I don't know what we would do without them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I got a $975 bill to change a shower handle.
Was charged almost $400 just for the handle and 6.5 hours labor to replace it. Also a 10 dollar consumables charge and a 35 dollar "truck fee". These guys are taking advantage of customers and should be ashamed of themselves.
