Initial Review:
I've been contemplating leaving a review since our job completion back in February and I need to do it. We had our entire house re-piped to include a re-pipe from the street to the house. Our experience was awful. From debates about who is to get the commission for the job, to having an entire day where our whole family was in an extended day and no one showed up after we were told three times by three different employees that someone would be there. We had no say in the new tub and shower they put in the house, our detachable shower head was broken by the employees, and they installed a standard shower head. We also noticed that the person walking in our attic, must've had a misstep and now we need to repair part of the ceiling in my daughter's room. It took me so long to write this review because I do not like to potentially impact peoples' livelihood, however, for the cost of the job these things are absolutely unacceptable. Was the leak fixed? Yes, and for that we're grateful, however there was really nothing else smooth or acceptable about the process. I take full responsibility for not getting a quote from a different company, but our experience certainly is not comparable to the overall 4.8 star review the company has. I am still frustrated with myself for not trying to recoup some of the monetary costs so we can minimally cover the costs of the improper shower head replacement as well as the issues in the ceiling from foot placement in our attic.

Danny and Nate made a great team! They called before their arrival. They were professional, punctual, knowledgeable, cleaned up the packaging used, and friendly!
The only negative comment I have is that their supervisor walked into my home without knocking on the door, acknowledging himself, or even speaking until spoken to. That reflection is on him and not Danny and Nate. They were excellent!

From the moment Jarrod walked through the door I knew I was in good hands. He is very knowledgeable and explained clearly to me what the issues were. When he came back to do my tankless hot water heater install he even remembered my dog’s name and brought him a dog treat! He wastes no time and did great work in a very tight space. I was blown away by this man’s knowledge; he knows his job, he knows the equipment he is installing. This was a complex two man install and he did it by himself effortlessly. On time, professional, answered all of my questions, and did incredible work. If you want exceptional quality and excellence without compromise, ask for Jarrod from A1 sewer & drain. Although we decided to not proceed with the sewer line replacement and to sell the house “as is”, we were in very impressed with the thorough A1 estimate given by C J Pedroza. He took the time to map out exactly where our buried sewer lines were located and used his camera to get a thorough understanding of the problem. (By way of comparison, we had another estimate that just stated how much it would cost for each five feet of work, with no deep inspection.) CJ’s estimate was very detailed and seemed to cover every issue that we would encounter. The overall estimate price was on the lower side of the four estimates we received. Once this house sells, we will definitely recommend that the sewer work be done by A1!

Travis scheduled my appointment right away, he even gave words of encouragement. James arrived on time as expected, which immediately eased my stress. He was professional, knowledgeable, and explained the problem clearly. The repair was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. Everything is now working perfectly. Pricing was fair, especially given the urgency of the situation. He recommended services to prevent the problem from returning, than created an estimate, which was also a fair price. James offered restoration services for any damage the issue may have caused. I truly appreciate the prompt response and quality service.
