We had a drain issue that was flooding our basement and laundry area via floor drain/utility sink, when running the washing machine. From the beginning to end, my experience was wonderful.
Calling to schedule was super easy, and though I cannot recall her name at this moment (sorry!!) - the gal who answered and scheduled our service, was nothing short of understanding, kind and responsive to our needs. She was able to get us scheduled within a couple days, which we greatly appreciated. Never fun getting behind on laundry or cleaning up a water mess.
Thomas N. was sent out to handle this reoccuring issue and I simply cannot say enough positive things about him! He was fantastic from the first step into our home. He was professional, respectful, extremely informative, and kind. I appreciated his thoughts and recommendations, his attention to detail, the thoroughness, with a great sense of humor to take a little stress off the situation! He treated our home and problem, like his own and took great care in work. He assured me he would figure out what was going on and know how fix it. Which he did!!
Of course we hope to not need service in the future, but should that time come, we will definitely be calling A Raymond again! And would be happy if Thomas was our guy again.

Thomas from Raymond Plumbing delivered outstanding service during my sewer plumbing issue. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to walk me through every step of the process, explaining what he found, why it mattered, and what my options were. His ability to break down something as stressful as a sewer problem into clear, understandable information made a huge difference.

Thomas just spent 2+ hours jetting root ball after root ball out of my pipes. If you have to have a plumber come to your house, Thomas is the one you want. He was incredibly easy to work with. Showed me on the camera the issues and helped me with future steps. I am very grateful for the time he took both solving this issue and explaining things! 10 stars if possible.

Thomas did an excellent job cleaning out our main drain. He was kind, considerate, and very informative throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain what was going on and made sure everything was working properly before he left. It’s hard to find someone who is not only skilled but also genuinely cares about their customers. I truly appreciate his professionalism and would highly recommend him to anyone needing plumbing work done!

Fair pricing, but poor execution and zero respect for the homeowner from the owner and the company—the plumbers themselves were okay.
We had to use them because we went through HomeServe. What should’ve been a six to eight hour job took four days. They started Tuesday, tore into the floor, then didn’t have an excavator—no sewer day one. Day two, the owner mandated a two hour safety meeting, but they didn’t show back up until five hours later, so they only worked a couple of hours before leaving at four thirty. Day three, rain stopped outside work, but they wouldn’t try tarping or work inside despite you begging the owner not to leave you without sewer another night. He honestly couldn't care less.
The plumbers were friendly, but had to leave continuously to get supplies, causing delays again and again. Day four they finished, but we had to complete all the concrete work ourselves. They left my yard destroyed, with no solution to help repair it, trash and plastic left everywhere. Didn't lay down a tarp when excavating basement so dirt ground into carpet and up against walls, didn’t clean anything, and left buckets of urine and feces filled mud outside my house for an entire weekend. They didn’t pick up their tools until the following week. Fair pricing, but the owner and company need to treat homeowners like human beings, not job numbers.
