Wow! Talk about service. Randy had a busy schedule but we needed in as soon as possible for an emergency pump of our system. He explained everything to my husband and what to look for going forward if we continue to have issues. Fast forward to the next day, he called and checked on us to make sure we weren’t having more issues and if we had gotten ahold of the company he referred us to for further inspection. Thanks Randy! I called after hours and talked to the owner Randy. I thought my septic tank was full because I came home to basement full of you know what. I am not a previous customer but his willingness to help me diagnose the issue to the best of his ability over the phone made me a sure customer for life. I would highly recommend his company to anyone who is looking for an honest businessman to deal with.

Randy was amazing! Prompt service and very knowledgeable with the business! Gave us tools we didn’t know as well as purchasing cleaner once a month to put down into the septic! Highly recommended!!!!

I called on a Saturday morning. Rand said he could be there in about an hour and he was! He was very professional, thorough and offered good advice on proper care of my system. I would highly recommend A-1 for your septic needs.

Had some pump issues and Randy came out and replaced even though it was below zero. Great to work with - explained everything - came right away! Would recommend to anyone with a septic tank!
