Zach did an excellent job installing our new smart thermostats purchased through 128 as part of their Base+ plan. He made sure everything was working properly before leaving and took the time to walk me through the app setup step by step. Overall we had a great experience, both with a whole-home ducted heat pump install and with electrical work. Once our Mass Save loan was approved, they called and were able to start service the very next day, which I was surprised by. Also everyone was very friendly and helpful – their hiring process must be excellent.
Matt was especially awesome. He has a ton of experience as an electrician, and he constantly goes way above and beyond. Not only was his work excellent, but he was also a great communicator and educator (he was happy to answer any question I had in detail, whether about code or anything else).
The only minor downside of 128 is that they do let their size show through. One example is that they seem to rotate different folks in and out from a job with little thought, which can cause confusion. This doesn't give a great impression, but, because all of their folks are solid, it is a relatively small issue. And they also put an advertisement banners in my lawn without asking, which is a pet peeve of mine.

Can't say enough about the whole team that installed and got our new minisplts running. These were to replace old units of 20 years plus.
Excellent job and fantastic communication. Buck, Jared, Joe, Matt. They were all polite and courteous, non intrusive. Everything was explained well above what I needed to know.
Fair and honest people, locally owned company.

Amazing job from 128 Plumbing, Heating!
They installed a brand new hot water boiler system. Thanks to a great team, Frank, Steven and Isaiah for all there hard work. They were very professional and friendly and explained the whole system to us. I would definitely recommend using them. I have used them in the past and have always been very pleased with there work.

My tech Emily was very helpful during the service. She explained all areas of the furnace that are at risk with wear and use and talked through options I had. She took her time and made sure I was comfortable with everything she was telling me. I would recommend Emily and 128.
