Ben came out assessed the problem and fixed it immediately. He was very professional and personable. He didn’t make any mess and cleaned up the little bit of water that needed cleaned even after I said I would take care of it. So glad I called them today! Thanks Ben!

Cullen was awesome! Super friendly, wore boot covers in the house, gave my daughter a pink plunger and was done quickly. He was able to come out same day too.Sink is running great again!

Cullen was fantastic assisting us with a clogged pipe. He was able to get everything cleaned quickly and walked us through the whole process explaining everything along the way! Can’t recommend enough.

Sam was excellent! I had a sewer main backup and called them to hopefully get someone out tonight. Other places stated they were available for emergency calls but 1-TOM-PLUMBER was the only one that came through for us. Sam was very professional and friendly. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. The price was very reasonable for the service they provided us. Thank you very much for a job well done.
